Meet The Owner

Hi, my name is Shiri Galimidi. I am originally from Brooklyn, New York. At 26 I had my first
child and moved to Myrtle Beach for new beginnings. Today, I’m a single mom of 3 boys (2
in college… yikes!) and have a rescue dog named Brooklyn after my hometown. I have a
business consulting company and property managing was originally just a side job, but
after getting hands on experience with repairing, remodeling, and decorating I quickly
realized it was what I enjoy. Chillax Properties now manages many condos along the
Grand Strand. My life is busy and sometimes a little crazy, but that is how I like it!

As a property manager my goal has been superior service, comfort and quality. I have
gone above and beyond to bring high quality comfort condos for vacation rentals to
Myrtle Beach. Each condo has its own unique decor, large smart TVs, comfortable bedding and Funiture, and many more extras.

Shiris place is as described and being pet friendly a rare find if u have a dog over 40lbs. She supplied starter items of everything u might need to start your stay . Beds were very comfortable too. Thx

Great condo right off HWY 17, smaller surfside beach 5 miles away or Myrtle Beach 20 minutes. Airport, 15 minutes away. Nice and spacious place. Dining room table sits six in very comfortable chairs. Love the beach, but also love to sit at the pool. Third floor unit, not a problem for us, but may be for others.
